and i know it's not healthy for me i'd became sleepy and no spirit :(
i just remember about The Prophet Muhammad said that eat after you hungry and finish it before full..
eat with your right hand, and eat what in front of you..
no doubt with the Islamic thinking, all of the syariah for a goodness ummat.. Subhanallah :)
